We were very happy with the food! We have seldom eaten such good pizza. The staff was friendly and the goods were on the spot 10 minutes before the ordered time. Always happy

We waited 1h20min, after a really nice phone call, but the driver was already on his way to us. Pizza was hot and delicious. Was really skeptical after the bad reviews. Couldn't quite understand this. 1 star deduction for the purpose of waiting, is still "in the frame"! Dear people, don't always just rely on the bad reviews. Really worth ordering there!

Toral tasty and what is marked as spicy is really spicy.

Unfortunately you have to assign 1 star .... I celebrated my birthday yesterday and invited many guests. We ordered Pirna Pizza from Telepizza in the evening. More than 1 ½ hours after ordering, we called and asked where our order was. They said it was still going on and they couldn't work any faster. When we complained about this statement and made a suggestion for improvement, the employee laughed about it on the phone. After another hour our food was still not there. Our meal was finally there after 2 ½ hours. And this is not the first time we have experienced these long waiting times. That was the last time we ordered there.

We ate on site. The place is pretty nicely decorated, there is a play area for children and the staff are nice, although they don't wear a mask. The pizzas were delicious, only the batter could be a little better.

Ordered online at 6:08 pm today and waited until 8:20 pm without feedback. Pizza was lukewarm, if at all. In addition, totally dry and more dough than anything else. Price-performance not recommended!

We placed an online order for 8.30 p.m. It arrived on time (+10 min and completely acceptable) ?. The employee was nice and very friendly. The pizza rolls, the salad and also the Pizza Italia were delicious. The star deduction is available for the pizza dough, this could be baked a little more on the underside and a little "thicker" at the edges, it was a little "cookie-like"

Am disappointed. Unfortunately the food came too late, a dip was forgotten and Majo was exchanged for ketchup. The fries weren't crispy and the food wasn't really warm anymore. The man who brought the food was friendly. Tip to you: make the waiting time a little longer and take your time with processing. Chicken nuggets (spicy) were delicious, as were pizza rolls. LG pink

We have already ordered very often and have always been very satisfied with the goods we ordered. Last evening we packed it again and wanted to order something, but after a look in our shopping cart we canceled it. The minimum order value has increased to 40 €, as we as a 2 person household cannot distort that much pizza in one evening. I also do not think that the orders have decreased in times of Corona and therefore the minimum order was raised.

We ordered online pizza at 7:15 p.m., only it never arrived. We tried several times to call and nobody answered the phone. At around 10 p.m. we finally reached someone, "Did you pay online or do you want to pay in cash? - we no longer deliver to cash payers today" .. What a cheek !! .. Is one now worse off as a cash payer ?? We have been regular customers so far .. but today was the last time !! And thank you very much for receiving the information that no pizza is coming today, almost 3 hours after ordering and especially just because you are calling yourself! Since it is now 10 p.m., we can't order anywhere else. In GERMAN - juice shop and customer unfriendly, that's not how you treat customers!

Waited 3 hours and still no delivery ... Nobody answers the phone and is then continuously occupied for the last hour before the shop closes ... The booth can be closed. And don't come to me with "big Sry" or "sometimes there's a lot going on" ...

The pizzas are delicious but the delivery time in the last weeks is 1.5h minimum

What kind of shop is that? Pizza ordered on 08/02/2020, 7:28 PM IN TELE PIZZA PIRNA. After 1h 30 min she tried to reach her permanently busy. Tried another 11 times to get through either occupied or nobody answers .... Now it is 9:49 pm your shop has closed and I'm still waiting for my food .... it has been paid for and it is not delivered what kind of service is that? I would like to give 0 stars just for the fact that none of them reports and says that it will be later or not at all. Your food tastes good but I will no longer order it from you. Addendum: 10:45 p.m. the doorbell rings. Tele Pizza is downstairs ... 1h after the shop has closed ... and sorry people at 22:45 you don't ring the doorbell anymore, there are still people who have to work ... PS pizza was delicious.

So I can not understand the negative reviews. I have ordered several times and have never had any problems. Keep it up! :)

Fast delivery service with good food, which are of high quality and at a good price!

The pizza was delicious and the lunch offer was reasonably priced. The decisive point for the 5-star rating was the incredibly personable driver.

I can't say how it tastes because the staff refuses to deliver! Put your advertising in my mailbox and call after you have placed your order and PAYMENT that you do not want to deliver because you are not responsible. They are constantly discussing ... They don't want to deliver because they pay extra. 19 EUro is not enough. The homepage suggested the shop after entering the postcode. Money will only be returned in 3 days. Great service! THANK YOU!
